![]() I don't know if these are related events or not. It did actually change but that denial of administrative permission has happened before. Also when I went into the Start menu > Computer > C: > I found that the program files were set to hidden and when I tried to change that I was denied permission. If I try to access GnuPG thru cmd.exe I get a message saying that 'C: Program ' is not recognized as and internal or external command,operable command or batch file. When I open command prompt it begins C Users username> instead of C. Administrator and cmd.exe problems Windows 7 location: - date: JI cannot access C: Program Files.
